[Detail here who the submissions will be seen by. We’ve included an example below.]

Example:

Our lead system administrator is responsible for reviewing and assigning your report. This is a member of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Team. They will assign the report to your preferred responder or, in some cases (if there is a risk of harm to you or others), they may escalate the report to a member of the senior management. You can state if there is anyone whom you do not want to see your report. Reports are confidential, and only specific and necessary individuals will be assigned to your report; in most cases, this is one or two people.

If you would like to request a specific responder, you can; however, we can’t always guarantee they will be available.

If there’s someone you would rather not speak to, then you can state that when reporting.

If you don’t have a preference, you can also select ‘I don’t know/no preference’ and an administrator will assign whomever is most appropriate and available.

Here is further information about each of the responder roles you can select when reporting:

Human Resources Business Partner

The HR business partnering team are experienced advisors that can support you with a wide range of employment issues. This team can offer advice and support if you think you’ve been the target of bullying, harassment, discrimination or a hate crime. HRBPs can support informal resolution options for addressing staff behaviour.

Employee Relations

If you wish to raise a concern about a staff member's conduct and would like the matter to be dealt with formally, you can speak with the employee relations team about raising a grievance. Grievances will be investigated, and if there’s a case to answer, they will go to a disciplinary panel.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Team

This team can offer support and training to teams across the organisation. They do not offer 1:1 case work support, but can be requested through Report + Support to deliver culture interventions which will benefit your entire cohort or team.

My Head of Department/Director

If you wish to make a report directly to your head of department or director, we recommend having a conversation with them directly if you can. If you do not have a direct working relationship with them, we can connect you to them through this platform.

Security

If you have concerns about your own or someone else’s safety, you can contact the security team. If you have been the victim of a crime and would like support, including reporting to the police, specialists in the office security team can support you in this.

Harassment Advisor

Harassment advisors provide a confidential information service to staff on issues relating to bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct.

Advisors are volunteers who work in various roles across the organisation and undertake this task in addition to their regular duties. Harassment Advisors receive two full days of additional training to undertake the role.
