What is messaging?
Messaging allows you to continue to discuss your report with an advisor after you’ve submitted it. During the process of filling in the reporting questions, you’ll be given the option to opt in. This will generate a 16-character code which you must keep a record of to access the report and messaging service in the future. There is no way to recover this code, if you do not save you will not be able to use this service. If you have a code already you can access the service from the log in page.
Once you are logged in your can send direct messages to your case worker and they can respond to you.
